When you are diving, you rely upon your diving equipment for comfort, enjoyment and, above all, safety.

Just how should you look after your kit to ensure these three things ?

This is an unusual specialty course, in that it does not involve getting wet.

It teaches you about the operation of diving equipment, and how to take care and conduct simple maintenance of your diving equipment.

We'll also look at common problems with pieces of kit, and how to overcome them, and how to prevent them.

We'll look at equipment selection, and the pros and cons of different kinds of equipment.

Candidates are welcome to bring their own kit along, for discussion.

Pre-requisite qualifications
You'll need to be an Open Water Diver , or Junior Open Water Diver, or above.
The minimum age is 10.
