Booking Terms and Conditions

There do have to be some terms and conditions, but let's try to keep them simple:

When we receive your booking, we'll agree a schedule with you. Please understand that we cannot accept a booking without a signed original booking form and payment.

We cannot let you into the water until you have completed and signed a medical statement , and the appropriate standard PADI forms which will be sent to you.
You must complete the medical statement and other forms accurately and honestly. If you fib about a medical condition, for example, you may put yourself and others at risk in the water. Its not worth it. We'll work with you to overcome any disabilities and special needs if we can, as long as you tell us about them in advance. If your GP says that you are not fit to dive you will not be allowed to enter the water.

You must take care to turn up to pool, theory and open water sessions on time. If you do not show, you will forfeit your course fee, as we will be unable to fill the missing place. If you are late, you may not be able to catch up with the rest of the class.
You must behave responsibly and safely at the pool and at the open water sites. You must follow the instructions of your Instructor. Failure to do so may lead to you being excluded from the course. We cannot make a refund in this instance.

Unfortunately, from time to time, it may be necessary to cancel or reschedule your course. If this happens, we will attempt to contact you first by your mobile number, then by your landline number, and finally by your email address. If we have to cancel, we will refund your course fee. If we have to reschedule, we will agree a new schedule with you.
We cannot guarantee that you will pass a course and gain a qualification. In the event that you are having difficulties, we can arrange additional sessions with you, but these would be at additional cost.

We cannot be responsible for any consequential loss in the event that you do not, or cannot, complete your course on time (e.g. if you were to have a diving holiday booked to follow your course, but you don't complete the course or the course is rescheduled).

If you withdraw from a course, either before or during the course, we are unable to refund your course fee. So pluck up courage and make sure you come along.

Above all, we want you to enjoy your experience, to be safe, and progress your diving skills. We will do whatever we can in order to fulfill this. We ask you to be flexible too.
